Return Policy
We strive for perfect orders, but occasional mistakes can happen. If you encounter an issue, we offer reproductions or refunds. Please include a photo of the product with your request.
We cover costs for:
- Faulty Printing: Blurry, color loss, or distortion.
- Spelling Errors: We will handle exchanges or returns for errors.
- Incorrect Color: Exchange if the product color differs from your order.
- Stains: Exchanges for unwanted color stains.
- Other Errors: We’ll resolve any other issues from our products or services.
- Broken/Damaged Items: In-transit damage.
- Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect item.
- Lost Orders: If lost in transit with correct address.
To request a return:
- Submit within 30 business days of receipt.
- Returns are not accepted after 14 business days, and returned items without prior request will be forfeited.
- You’re responsible for return shipping; instructions will be emailed.
- Refunds take 5-10 business days.

- Wrong size choice.
